With over 25 years of dedicated service in the transportation industry, Holly has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various facets of safety analysis, roadway design, traffic operations, and systems planning. Her career trajectory spans from her tenure at the Florida Department of Transportation (District 2, District 3, and Central Office) to her successful consultancy ventures, including notable collaborations with Florida's Turnpike Enterprise.
Holly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Florida A&M University in 1998. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (civil) in Florida, a Road Safety Professional, a Certified Public Manager, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. She is certified in the advanced FDOT Traffic Control Course, a Child Passenger Safety Technician and CARFit Technician/Coordinator.
