This achievement marks the beginning of a new chapter in our journey to provide high-quality transportation and traffic safety solutions across Northeast Florida.

Winning this contract wasn’t an overnight success—it was the result of dedicated preparation and thoughtful strategy. For months, WWC has been laying the groundwork for this moment. This included honing our technical expertise, reviewing FDOT requirements, and keeping a pulse on upcoming project opportunities.  Preparation also involved focusing on our area of expertise—traffic safety. As a sub-consultant, our contribution to the proposal was centered on providing specialized knowledge and innovative solutions in this field. We also had the opportunity to participate in the interviewing process, helping to demonstrate our entire team's understanding of the project scope and our collective capabilities to deliver. This was a crucial step in showcasing the depth of expertise and collaboration required to succeed in this competitive landscape.
